The house is fully furnished and equipped. Water and electricity costs are included up to €60 per month. It has a washing machine.

To reserve the property, the initial payment of one month's deposit will be necessary (which will be returned after having delivered the property to the owner, as long as its condition is the same as at the time of delivery to the tenant and that it is comply with the conditions of the rental contract), plus one month of the agency fees (plus its corresponding IGIC).
