The area:

The bungalow is located in one of the highest areas of the village of Puerto Rico. From here you can access different hikes in the mountains of the village as well as walking or strolling towards the beach. The beach is only 500m away. About 10 minutes walking distance.

Free parking is available on the same street as the complex. You can also walk to any part of the village. Puerto Rico has many places of leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and open air parks.

It is also one of the villages with the best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. It is located in the south of the island and you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every day. The area where the studio is located is usually quieter and less busy than the lower part of the village.
