The property:

This is a renovated flat with beautiful views of the mountains surrounding the village of Puerto Rico. The property has been recently refurbished and is fully furnished with high quality furniture and modern design. 

Its distribution is as follows: 

• Large terrace with dining area and solarium area where you can enjoy the good climate of the area.
• Cosy living room with large sofa and television. It has direct access to the terrace, letting in natural light.
• Dining room with capacity for at least four people. Directly connected to the living room and kitchen.
• Fully equipped open plan kitchen. It has a fridge, vitro, microwave and oven.
• Bedroom with double bed, large wardrobes and air conditioning. It is decorated in the same style as the rest of the house and its window lets in natural light.
• Single bedroom.
• Full bathroom with shower.

In addition to its location, the complex has a garage, of which you can make use by paying a supplement to your monthly rent. Pets are not allowed inside the flat.

The area:

The flat is located in one of the highest areas of the village of Puerto Rico. From here you can access different hikes in the mountains of the village as well as walking or strolling in the direction of the beach. The beach is only 2500m away. About 30min walking distance.

You can also walk to any part of the village. Puerto Rico has many places of leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and open air parks.

It is also one of the villages with the best climate on the island of Gran Canaria.It is located in the south of the island and you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every day. The area where the flat is located is usually quieter and with less traffic than the lower part of the village.
