An excellent apartment, a short way from the town center. The lovely living area has been carefully furnished for comfort with a large sofa and two armchairs with a television and storage unit, soft wall lights create a homely atmosphere at night. The large French doors with sun-blinds open onto the magnificent terrace, this beautiful terrace is extra large, partly tiled in a rustic style and has a lovely green area, super for sun-bathing and enjoying the warm evenings. In between the living room and the open-plan kitchen is a dining area with a smart round table and lovely dining chairs, not only attractive but comfortable.

The kitchen is well designed to be compact and easy to use, with a full oven and hob, extractor, fridge and a washing-up machine, a smart white back-splash makes this a bright and airy space.

The master bedroom has glass doors that open onto the terrace and this gorgeous room has a double bed, T.V. and electric fan plus storage space. The second bedroom is an excellent space to sleep five people if needed. There are bunk-beds and an extra bed that pulls out, plus drawers and cupboard for storage. A fantastic idea for a family.

The beautiful bathroom has been decorated to a high standard with an elegant tiled floor and walls. It has a glass enclosed shower, toilet and wash basin.

Outside is a fantastic community area for sitting and relaxing with several palm-trees and a classic table and benches. The large swimming pool on the complex is enclosed and beautifully kept, plenty of sun-beds are available in this super relaxing area and you can see the sea from here. The complex is in a quiet and residential area, parking is available and is close to the town center where you find plenty of amenities such as supermarkets, shopping center, health center and gyms.
