It is rented fully furnished and equipped and offers enough space for 2 people. The rental price is 1000€ and includes electricity and water consumption up to 50 euros per month.

To reserve the property will require a deposit of one month ( which will be returned after having delivered the house to the owner, provided that the condition of the house is the same as at the time of its delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are met ), plus one month of the agency’s fee with its corresponding IGIC.
