This lovely unspoilt fishing village is well known for its excellent restaurants selling fresh fish straight from the sea and canarian cuisine. It is easy to get to as it is just off the motor-way making it quiet but with easy access. It has plenty of amenities such as shopping centers, supermarkets, local shops, schools health center, doctors, gyms and bars. Many parts are pedestrian and traffic free. It has its own lovely beach and promenade and lovely walk-ways. Hikes and walks are popular in the nearby mountains which have great areas for picnics. This part of the coast has a lot to offer due to the magnificent climate being warm most of the year. Within easy reach are many other beaches, if you should wish to explore. Anfi del Mar is a gorgeous fine white sand beach with superb calm sea making it wonderful for families. Puerto Rico beach has golden sand and many water sports available and not to be missed lovely picturesque Mogan harbour with its beautiful houses covered in tropical flowers and you can even take a ride in a submarine to observe the under-water life. Plenty of buses and taxis are available to help you discover this beautiful Island.
