This bright apartment is located in the town of Patalavaca, in the municipality of Mogán, in the south of the island of Gran Canaria. It is one of the warmest and sunniest places on the island. In fact, the town has one of the best sandy beaches in the municipality where you can enjoy the idyllic climate of the island most of the year.

It is located just 50m from the supermarket and about 300m from Patalavaca beach where you can find from a pharmacy to restaurants.

It is rented fully furnished and equipped, preferably for long periods. The rental price is €850 and water and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros per month.

To reserve the property, the initial payment of one month's deposit will be necessary (which will be returned after having delivered the property to the owner, as long as its condition is the same as at the time of delivery to the tenant and that it is comply with the conditions of the rental contract), plus one month of the agency fees (and its corresponding IGIC).
