• Two wonderful terraces ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying the good climate of the village. Both have garden furniture and plenty of space for sunbathing.
• Fully furnished living room connected to the kitchen and with direct access to one of the terraces.
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Large bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is connected to the other terrace and also has plenty of natural light during the day

On the ground floor:

• There is a complete studio with: fully furnished and equipped living room and kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and a small balcony.

The area:

The house has a privileged location. It is located in a very quiet area of the village of Arguineguín. From here you can access different walks in the mountains of the valley as well as you can walk or stroll in the direction of the beach. The beach is only 1500m away. About 40 min walking distance.

You can park in the street of the house. You can also walk to any part of the village. Arguineguín has many places of leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and health centre.

Additional information:

Water and electricity charges are not included in the monthly rental price. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.

As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
