The house has a privileged location. It is located in a very quiet area of the village of Arguineguín. In front of the beach, we can access the different beaches of the area through the promenade. This town has one of the best sunsets on the island.
Moreover, you can walk to any part of the town. Arguineguín has numerous places for leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and health centre.

Additional information:
Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price up to a maximum. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.
As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the security deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
