From here you can access different walks in the mountains of the valley as well as you can walk or stroll in the direction of the beach. The beach is only 1500m away. About 30 min walking distance.

You can park in the street of the house. You can also walk to any part of the village. Arguineguín has many places of leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and health centre.

Additional information:

Water and electricity charges are included up to 100€ monthly. Internet is included in the rental price. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.

As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
