You can park in the street of the house. You can also walk to any part of the village. Arguineguín has numerous places of leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and health centre.

Additional information:

In order to reserve the property for rent, it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months, the commission corresponds to the tenant, and from 12 months onwards, to the owner.

Regarding the deposit, at the end of the lease, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was delivered, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
