The property is located in Playa del Cura, a quiet area in the south of the island, mostly touristic, perfect to rest due to its tranquillity. The climate is considered one of the best in the world and its beach stands out for its black sand. The flat is very well connected by public transport, both by taxi and bus.

In addition to its paradisiacal areas and temperatures, it is a central area. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by. The beach is only 300 metres away and Puerto Rico is only 6 minutes away by car.

In Puerto Rico we can find a multitude of leisure and commercial offers. There are several shopping centres with shops, restaurants, sports facilities, etc. In addition to a quiet white sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Additional information:

Water and electricity costs included up to 60€ per month. Internet included in the rental price. In order to reserve the property for rent it is necessary to pay the deposit and an agent's commission (+ 7% IGIC). Normally, the value of the commission is the equivalent of one month's rent plus the corresponding IGIC. For rentals up to 11 months the commission corresponds to the tenant, from 12 months onwards to the owner.

As for the deposit, at the end of the rental contract, if the property is returned in the same condition and state as when it was handed over, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant. Normally, the value of the deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent.
