The studio is located in one of the quietest areas of the town. It has a diaphanous distribution and it is distributed as follows:

• Bedroom with double bed. It is separated from the living room by a large piece of furniture that gives it some privacy.

The studio is on the 1st floor of the house. It was renovated recently. It is very comfortable for 1 or 2 people. It is rented fully furnished and equipped. The rental price is €700 and water and light costs are included up to €50 per month.

To reserve the property, the initial payment of one month's deposit will be necessary (which will be returned after the house has been handed over to the owner, as long as the state of the property is equal to the time it is handed over to the tenant and that complies with the conditions of the rental contract), plus one month of the agency fees (plus its corresponding IGIC).
