The area:

The flat is located in one the hills of the village of Puerto Rico. From here you can access different walks in the mountains of the village as you can walk or stroll in the direction of the beach. 

Puerto Rico has many places of leisure, gastronomy and commerce, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and open air parks.

It is also one of the villages with the best climate on the island of Gran Canaria. It is located in the south of the island and you can enjoy spectacular sunsets every day. The area where the flat is located is usually quieter and with less traffic than the lower part of the village.
